La ex esposa de Tiger Woods dijo en una entrevista a la revista People que nunca hubiese sospechado que el golfista estaba engañándola y que "pasó por un infierno" tras enterarse de sus relaciones extramaritales.
Elin Nordegren también afirmó que nunca lo golpeó y que intentó salvar su matrimonio.
El escándalo sobre la infidelidad del número uno del golf se dio a conocer tras un incidente donde Woods chocó su camioneta frente a su residencia en Florida en noviembre de 2009.

Tras el incidente donde Tiger Woods chocó su automovil, varias mujeres revelaron que habían tenido una relación con el golfista.
Semanas después públicamente se disculpó y admitió que le había sido infiel a su esposa.
"Estoy tan abochornada de que nunca tuve sospechas, ni siquiera una", dijo en la entrevista con la revista.
"En los últimos tres años y medio, cuando todo esto ocurría, estaba en casa lidiando con los embarazos, luego los niños y la escuela".
"He pasado por un infierno", dijo Nordegren. "Es difícil pensar que tienes esta vida y después, repentinamente, era una mentira".
También aseguró que no ha visto un solo minuto de golf.
Nordegren no reveló detalles del acuerdo monetario tras el divorcio, aunque medios de comunicación en Estados Unidos sugieren que recibirá más de US$100 millones.
Se estima que Tiger Woods es el deportista más rico del mundo, aunque perdió el patrocinio de varias empresas, entre ellas AT&T y Gatorade.
