Luego de aberse conocido a la luz publica lo sucedido con la empresa Fatulo Musick sobre el incoviniente de el Concierto Hip Hop Dominicano en el United Palace. Adonde se le dio a Pirincho un total de $33,000 para pagar el United Palace. El cual Pirincho nunca pago. Ahora sali a la luz publica otro incidente de dinero el cual Albert Cruz tambien no pago. Alberto "Pirincho" Cruz fue a la agencia de viajes "Mundo Travel" ofreciendoles una forma de promoverse en el concierto "El 5to Aniversario Del #1", les cobro la cantidad de $5,000. Ellos pagaron con tickets aerios para algunos artistas. Despues Pirincho volvio a la agencia pidiendoles que les comprara los tickets de los demas artistas que iban a presentarse esa noche, los que fueron mas de 20 artistas incluyendo a su madre la Sra. Cruz. Pirincho pago con un cheque a nombre de Carlos Gomez el empresario de la compania muy bien conocida "Vitarroz" el cual no tenia fondo... La propietaria de Mundo Travel ha tratado de contactar al Sr. Alberto "Pirincho" Cruz pero nada, incluso el emprendio su vuelo dejando todas sus pertenencias botada en lo que era su oficina. Nadie sabe de su paradero. Mundo Travel levanto una demanda atraves de la corte judicial de NY, donde le pide que le page la cantidad de casi $20,000 USD.
