La mexicana Gloria Ruiz, madre de la cantante Gloria Trevi, fue detenida en Panamá y enviada hoy a México, donde la requieren por la supuesta comisión de un delito contra el Estado mexicano, confirmó a Efe una fuente oficial.
"Ella fue detenida anoche y enviada a México", dijo a Efe el jefe de la Dirección de Investigación Judicial (DIJ) de la Policía Nacional de Panamá (PN), Javier Carrillo.
"Es la mamá de la artista (Gloria Trevi), salió por Migración deportada y se le entregó a las autoridades mexicanas", explicó Carrillo.
El jefe policial añadió que Ruiz fue detenida cuando entraba en Panamá, tras haberse recibido una alerta roja de la Interpol para su detención a solicitud de las autoridades mexicanas.
Gloria Ruiz, quien vive en los Estados Unidos, es requerida por la justicia de su país por evasión fiscal en México, dijo Carrillo.
